Delete Your Account
How to close your HANS Power Tools account and what happens to your information.
When your account is deleted, we erase:
- Your shop name and contact person
- Your email address, phone number and WhatsApp number
- Your GST number
- All saved delivery and billing addresses
- Your product reviews and photos, cart and wishlist
We keep:
- Your past orders and the addresses they were delivered to — these stay as our business record of goods we have already delivered, and are no longer linked to you for anything else.
This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, we cannot bring back your details.
