• Account details you give us: business name, contact person, email, phone, WhatsApp number, GST number and business type.
• Delivery addresses you save.
• Your cart, wishlist, orders, and product reviews, including any photo you attach.
• In the Android app, a sign-in token stored in your phone's secure storage so you stay signed in.

We do not collect your location, contacts or payment details, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers. No payment is taken on the website or in the app.

To process your orders, contact you about delivery and rates, and show your reviews once HANS has approved them.

No one, for marketing. Our hosting and email providers (Vercel, Render, Neon and Resend) process data on our behalf to run the service. Order details are sent to HANS staff by WhatsApp and email so we can fulfil them. All data is encrypted in transit.

While your account is open. Records of orders you placed, including the delivery address used, are kept for accounting and legal reasons even after you delete your account.

In the app: Account → Delete my account. On the web: hanspowertools.com/account/delete. This removes your login, profile details, saved addresses, reviews (and review photos), cart and wishlist, and signs you out on every device.
